Animated Films
Three short animated films communicate the advantages of central digital solutions in an everyday life setting.
When communicating to digitally challenged citizens, targeted communication is vital. One such way is visual communication and animated films. Experience shows that visual communication resonates well with digitally-challenged groups of the population, particularly when compared to classic written communication. Animation films, illustrations, infographics, and similar visual products help communicate clearly when written language can be an obstacle, for instance for immigrants, dyslectics and others.
Three animated films guide digitally challenged citizens through the digital solutions MitID, Digital Post and NemSMS.
The animated films focus on everyday life and use common life situations to highlight the advantages of using the digital solutions for the recipients.
The main objective is to show how the digital solutions make a positive difference in people’s lives. For instance, the animated film on Digital Post emphasises how easy it is to check your Digital Post, including how to schedule and remember appointments on your tablet, phone, or computer.
Translations of the animated films include seven different languages, including Arabic, Farsi, Russian, Somali, Turkish and Ukrainian.
