Division for Central Government ICT Management

The Division for Central Government ICT Management provides the basis for professionalising the work on government ICT projects and system portfolios.

The Division performs the task of inter-ministerial advisory secretariat for ICT operations, is secretariat for the National ICT Council, and develops and maintains the cross-governmental ICT project model and cross-governmental model for portfolio management of ICT systems.

Furthermore, Division for Central Government ICT Management is responsible for the standard contracts, K01, K02, K03 and K04. As part of the work, the Division offers government authorities guidance for their implementation of large-scale ICT projects and ICT system portfolio management. The National ICT Council

Secretariat services are provided to the National ICT Council, including:

  • Risk assessment of governmental ICT projects exceeding DKK 10 million
  • Review of the management of governmental ICT system portfolios either exceeding DKK 30 million or including ICT systems critical for society
  • Annual progress reporting on current ICT system management and projects across the government sector

The cross-governmental ICT project model and cross-governmental model for portfolio management of ICT systems

  • Development and maintenance of the cross-governmental ICT project model and cross-governmental model for portfolio management of ICT systems, as well as guidance and discussion in relation to these
  • Development and maintenance of the governmental business case model as well as guidance and discussion in relation to this
