The Agency for Digitisation is launching live operating status information on common public sector ICT services such as NemID, Digital Post and borger.dk. You can follow the operating status at digitaliser.dk.

The Agency for Digitisation is increasing transparency the day-to-day operation of the large common public sector ICT services by displaying the current operating status of ICT services such as NemID (“EasyID” - eID/digital signature), NemLog-in (“EasyLogin” – Single-Sign-on), Digital Post (digital letter box), and borger.dk (national citizen portal) at digitaliser.dk (platform for knowledge-sharing among professionals within public sector digitisation).

digitaliser.dk is aimed at public authorities and ICT suppliers who are interested in the operating status, service windows, and changes to the common public sector ICT services. At digitaliser.dk there is a comprehensive overview of the operation of the common public sector ICT services and at the same time it is possible to register for operating information on the individual ICT services.

“Communication about the operation of and changes to ICT systems is an important key to transparency and safety, and is pivotal to the Agency’s system management. When it comes to timely communication about the operation of the public sector ICT services, public authorities and their collaborators should feel confident,” says Ms. Lise Ebbensgaard, Head of Division at the Agency of Digitisation.”

A part of the common public sector Digital Strategy

Displaying the operating status at digitaliser.dk is a part of initiative 8.2 of the common public sector Digital Strategy 2016-2020. The initiative makes it easy for public authorities relying on the digital infrastructure to troubleshoot and communicate in case of downtime.
