Wave 4 on mandatory self-service
The digitisation strategy takes the form of four waves up to 2015.
The following areas are comprised by Wave 4 on mandatory digital self-service as of 1 December 2015:
- Application for sickness benefit
- Request for access to records to be viewed at The Danish National Archives
- Submission of consent to retrieval of child protection certificate
- Application for personal allowances
- Application for ordinary health allowance
- Application for increased health allowance
- Application for aviation personal certificates
- Submission of airline passenger complaint
- Application for driver's certificate under the Act on Bus Traffic
- Application for driver's certificate under the Act on Freight Transport
- Request for access to own data in the Civil Registration System (CPR)
- Submission of appeal to The Patient Compensation Appeals Board on decisions made by the Patient Compensation Association
- Submission of complaint against health personnel to the Health Services Disciplinary Board
- Submission of complaint against health services to the National Agency for Patients' Rights and Complaints
- Application for subsidy for medicine purchased in another EU/EEA country
- Reporting of inadvertent incident to The Danish Patient Safety Database
- Submission of consent to retrieval of criminal record
- Application for extension of residence permit in conjunction with spouse reunification
- Application for extension of child's residence permit in conjunction with family reunification
- Application for permanent residence permit because of asylum or family reunification
- Application for passport for foreigners
- Registration for tests to obtain a hunting licence
- Reporting a game bag
- Authorisation for pesticide and herbicide spraying personel and pesticide and herbicide vendors
- Reporting to The Register of Voluntarily Barred Gamblers (ROFUS)
