OGP's Independent Reporting Mechanism (IRM) has drafted a design report for the Danish OGP Action Plan 2019-2022. The Design Report is in public hearing until the 17th of November.

IRM assesses the development and implementation of nation action plans to foster dialogue among stakeholders and improve accountability. The Design Report covers the development of the action plan and the design of its commitments.

In several member states of the OGP, Covid-19 has induced delays in proportion to the original process for implementation of applicable action plans. In consequence, OGP has decided to give the member states the opportunity of a one-year extension of their current action plan. Denmark has chosen to make use of this opportunity. Thus, the current Danish action plan will be applicable for the period 2019-2022. All process-related steps regarding the action plan 2019-2021 are extended by one year.

Any questions regarding the extension of the action plan can be directed to René Jun Korsholm by telephone +45 24212736 or by mail

The national action plan for OGP 2019-2021 is now published.
