As part of Denmark’s Digitalization Strategy 2024–2027, the MinVirksomhed initiative aims to make it easier for businesses to report information to public authorities. The goal is to reduce the time and effort that businesses spend on reporting, so they can focus on their core activities.
The initiative consists of two tracks:
The Danish Agency for Digital Government has mapped the reporting requirements for businesses to state authorities. The results of the mapping will guide efforts to simplify reporting and reduce the burden on businesses.
Read the mapping business report here (in Danish).
Based on the mapping, selected reporting areas are studied in detail to explore potential solutions that can reduce the burden on businesses. Solutions aim to simplify reporting across multiple authorities wherever possible and focus on areas with the greatest potential efficiency gains for both businesses and authorities.
To ensure that the work is examined from both a business and authority perspective, a steering group has been established. It includes representatives from the Danish Agency for Digital Government (chair), Dansk Erhverv, Dansk Industri, SMVdanmark, Statistics Denmark, and the Danish Business Authority.
The steering group was established in April 2024 and will complete its work by the end of December 2026. The Danish Agency for Digital Government is responsible for delivering the project results.
