Did you encounter an error?

We are sorry that you have experienced a technical error in the eID-gateway.

Some errors may be due to temporary issues in NemLog-in, MitID, the Danish service you are trying to use – or the foreign service or the eID, that you are logging in with.

To help you in the best possible way and possibly to reproduce the error, please provide the following information:

  • Copy the TransactionId from your screen.
  • Insert or attach a screenshot of the error.
  • Date and time of when you encountered the error.
  • Name and link to the public service you attempted to use.
  • Which type of eID you used (e.g. non-Danish eID, MitID or MitID Erhverv).
  • Which computer or phone and browser you used (e.g. Chrome on PC, Safari on iPhone).
