Coherent Digital Service Infrastructure
The Agency for Digital Government is responsible for digital tools and solutions that create a joined-up national digital service infrastructure, which enables public authorities at all government levels to deliver world-class digital services to the entire population round the clock.
MitID – Denmark’s national eID
The Danish national eID, MitID, is every resident’s personal key to digital services in Denmark, including self-service solutions provided by the public sector.
Digital Post
Digital Post is an integral part of the national digital service infrastructure in Denmark. The Digital Post platform enables public authorities to communicate securely with residents and businesses and vice versa.
Driving Licence App
The driving licence was the first public proof of identity to become digital in Denmark when the Driving Licence App was launched in 2020.
