The primary objective of the Division for HR and Services is recruitment, employee development, management of physical facilities, and providing employees with mobile phones, computers and system setup for the Danish Agency for Digital Government.
The Division for HR and Services is responsible for personnel administration, including recruitment, transfers and resignations. HR also leads various development initiatives such as performance and salary reviews, employee satisfaction surveys, leadership evaluation and development and career development.
Furthermore, the division supports the Danish Agency for Digital Government’s operations by managing the agency’s physical facilities as well as providing employees with relevant accesses and IT solutions.
