Secretariat to the Directors-General

The Secretariat to the Directors-General supports our executive management and the Agency more broadly. The primary objective of the Secretariat to the Directors-General is to support the daily work of the executive management by performing a wide range of strategic, operational, management, and communication tasks.

The Secretariat to the Directors-General is responsible for coordinating the Directors-General’s calendars, assisting colleagues with policy and decision papers and other materials for the management, managing case processes, and liaising with the rest of the Ministry of Digital Government and Gender Equality, as well as other ministries and government agencies.

The Secretariat to the Directors-General prepares board and management meetings, organisational initiatives, and management seminars. Our work has a strong focus on the development of employees and the agency as a whole.

In addition, the Secretariat to the Directors-General is responsible for the strategic development, preparation of and follow-up on the objectives and results of the Agency, as well as managing our operating strategy paper.

Finally, the Secretariat to the Directors-General has the overall responsibility for press relations and other communication activities. This includes the website, social media, general national information campaigns and related tasks.
