The Central Support is located in Nykøbing F. and is open 365 days a year, including public holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
The Central Support assists citizens and businesses daily with MitID, MitID Business, Digital Post, Digital Post for Businesses, NemKonto for citizens, businesses, and public authorities, Borger.dk, the Driving Licence app, the Health Insurance Card app, and the Cyber Hotline.
Inquiries are answered by phone and email by support staff, who are backed by a team responsible for staffing, training, and contact with the specialist departments.
